Description
OBJECTIVES: 1- To learn how CAD drawings and image files can be linked to drawings. / 2- What information is indicated in all the construction plans of a construction drawing package. / 3- How to automate layer manipulation to quickly see and work on the various construction plans. / 4- How and where to appropriately insert and reference various architectural tags. / 5- To learn how to set up multiple plans in CAD viewports on the same sheet. / 5- To learn how to bundle and transmit a project’s files.
ASSIGNMENT #2 DIRECTIVES & INFORMATION (Read before beginning):
To begin Assignment #2, create a folder called Assignment 2 that should contain EVERYTHING you do that pertains to this project. (That should not include wblocks you insert into any of the assignment drawings.) Within the folder, create a subfolder named Reference Files. Input in it the contents of the Assignment 2 zip file which is named TI Project Files.zip. (attached to drive)
A list of the files should be as follows:

your project title block – dwg
client logo – jpg or pdf
your company logo – jpg or pdf
your finish schedule – xlsx
the A2.1 plot sheet (which contains the construction & reflected ceiling plans) – dwg
the A2.2 plot sheet (which contains the power & communication + finish plans + finish schedule) – dwg + xlsx
the A3.1 plot sheet (which contains the interior elevations) – dwg
