Instruction:
You are asked to conduct a Human Resource Management Assessment.
- You will be responsible for conducting a Human Resource Management Assessment. You will be required to filter, apply, and distill the concepts presented in the course through an organization of your choice.
- Use the following guidelines and questions to guide your research.
- Present a general overview of the organization, i.e. Mission, Vision, Values, Organization Chart, etc.
- What is the strategy for meeting Staffing Requirements?
- What is the strategy for Developing Performance Appraisals?
- What is the strategy for implementing Training and Development programs?
- What is the strategy for Enhancing Employee-Management Relations?
- Critical Analysis: What are the Strengths and Limitations of your findings?
- Critical Analysis: What are your Recommendations for improvement?
- What is your overall assessment → how would you summarize the quality of Human Resource Management in the organization?
- Critical Analysis: Discuss any insights that you might have about the organization.
- What are the strengths and limitations of the leadership strategies you identified?
- What recommendations might you have about improving leadership strategies at the individual, group, and organizational level?
- Prepare presentation:
You will prepare a Power Point or other media-related format, covering all points discussed.
There is no written paper requirement for this assignment.
