Hello class and professor,

I believe a company should hire the best qualified individuals. The goal for a company is to hire people who are the most qualified for the position but still actively promote diversity.  Companies who hire individuals who are the most qualified for a position can lead their company to be a more successful workplace where different perspectives are valued and everyone has a n equal opportunity to contribute and thrive. In the future I plan to find a diverse workplace in the future that bring individuals together that have different perspectives, background and experiences. These benefits can contribute to the overall success and competitiveness of any organization.
