Watch the “Guided Meditation Loving Kindness for Self Compassion,” video, located in the Topic 2 resources, and practice the meditation for approximately 5 minutes.
Part 2: Reflection Summary
Write a 500–750-word reflection summary and describe how you felt after completing the meditation.
Discuss how you would inform your clients about the benefits of mindfulness on their well-being. Please be aware that some clients may or may not want to participate. How would you explain the benefits to get client buy in to practice mindfulness with you during a coaching session?
