Demonstrateyour knowledge of child development by analyzing the relationshipbetween attachment style, as outlined by Mary Ainsworth, and any oneof the other topics covered in the discussions or journals in thiscourse. Consider ways in which that topic may influence thedevelopment of attachment in childhood or adolescence. Additionally, address how ones attachment style may impact theirbehavior or choices related to that topic. Finally, explain howexploring the interaction between unique features of development(such as attachment and health, or attachment and bullying) can helpus in our continued learning of human development across thelifespan.
Part 2
UtilizeBronfenbrenners ecological theory to address the topic ofmotivations for and influences on bullying. Using each of the 5systems in Bronfenbrenners theory, identify and describe how achilds environment might pre-dispose him or her to bully. For example, within a persons microsystem are the parents. How might parents be an influencing factor on whether or not a childis prone to bullying? Find and report (with proper citation) onecurrent statistic on the factors influencing school bullyingbehaviors. Does this statistic seem to follow the same trendsupported by Bronfenbrenners theory? If not, explain how itchallenges the theory. Then, reflect on friendships inchildhood and adolescence and address the positive and negativeinfluences that they can have on bullying behaviors. Finally, utilize problem-solving techniques in exploring developmental issues, grounded in child development, in order to provide one uniquesolution to reduce or completely end bullying.
