How can we use the research information about empathy and counter empathy in order to make better medical decisions and to have better interactions in a medical setting? (You have a massive reading about this).
a) Describe, in detail, one specific point of research about empathy or counter empathy in your own words (this should be from the article that we read. (Please cite fully). What did scientists find? HOW did they measure what they found? That is, how are they so sure this is accurate? Be very specific. This should include both behavioral and neuroscientific material.
b) Argue how the research presented in a) can be used to make better medical decisions and to have better interactions in a medical setting.
c) Use detailed examples (either original or researched are welcome).
