Example: When someone cuts you off in traffic, what do you do, and how quickly do you recover from this incident? Do you find yourself ruminating for some time? For example, Kelley gets cut off, and in 2 minutes, she is back to normal. However, her husband Adam ruminates and talks about it for 2 days.
