Consider your group a part of Anytown’s emergency planning team and complete a risk and vulnerability assessment (1,250-1,500 words) that addresses the following:

Determine an appropriate planning team to help the community develop mitigation plans and implement mitigation strategies. Who are the specific civic and community stakeholders that should take part in developing a mitigation plan and responding to emergencies?
