To begin, review the Sample Medical Record PDF document. Then, in your initial post, discuss your initial reactions to the record. Consider the following:

• Have you ever seen a full medical record before?
• Did anything surprise you?
• Were there sections that were unfamiliar? Were any sections familiar?

Respond to at least two of your peers by comparing your initial reactions with theirs. For example: Did you have similar reactions? Do you have any insight to provide your peers on the sections of the record they found surprising or unfamiliar?
